Free Tier: Limited features are available at no cost.

Pro Subscription: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.

The Service, including but not limited to all software, source code, algorithms, designs, user interfaces, graphics, logos, page layouts, text, images, data structures, business methods, and all other content (collectively, "Proprietary Materials") are the exclusive property of TapFive and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of this website, its design, layout, features, functionality, or content in any form or by any means
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software, code, algorithms, or technical processes used in the Service
• Creating derivative works based on or inspired by any aspect of this Service
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting any data, content, or information from this website through automated or manual means
• Imitating, cloning, or building any product, service, or website that replicates or substantially resembles any feature, function, or design element of ReviewDerby
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose
• Photographing, screenshotting, or recording any part of the Service for the purpose of reproduction or competitive analysis
• Viewing source code for the purpose of copying, replicating, or creating similar functionality

TapFive retains legal counsel specializing in intellectual property litigation and has successfully prosecuted infringers in the past. All website access is logged and monitored.
